If you are staying at either Beaches or Sandals hotels, a complimentary air conditioned shuttle service will be provided to you to and from the airport. If you are booking with our travel agent, Beth, she will require your flight information and she will arrange transportation. Upon arrival at Montego International Airport, look for the Sandals or Beaches lounge, conveniently located right outside the Immigration and Customs area. If you do not book through Beth, your complimentary transfer to and om the resort will be arranged by Beaches.

All guests will need to follow TSA guidelines by providing a Drivers License and Passport. We encourage guests who do not yet have a passport or need to renew their passport, to do so as soon as possible due to longer than normal wait times.

Should you choose to stay at a hotel other than Beaches or Sandals, there is a daily pass rate. If guests do not stay at the Beaches or Sandals resorts, Day and Evening Wedding Guest Passes are issued for five hours and is dependent on wedding start times. Between one hour prior to the start of the ceremony and four hours past the scheduled start time;. The duration for a Full Day Wedding Guest Pass is 10:00am – 2:00am. Yes! If you would like to attend our wedding with your children, they are welcome. Beaches is an all inclusive family resort including kids camp and nannying services.

Yes. If you are staying at Sandals, you may visit Beaches at anytime free of charge throughout your stay. If you are staying at Beaches, however, you may not visit Sandals due to it being an adults only resort.

The roads are not paved as they are in the US and roads are not as flat. Therefore, the travel from Montego Bay to Negril is more windy and bumpy than one may be used to traveling.

The travel advisory for Jamaica has been at a level 3 for the past several years, though it does fluctuate between a level 2 and level 3. Our coordinator as well as friends from the region have shared that resorts themselves are safe. Traveling into town and markets, especially unattended, is discouraged.

At both Beaches and Sandals, check-in is at 3:00PM. If you arrive prior to check-in, hotel staff will safely secure your luggage and inform you when your room is ready. While waiting, you can freely enjoy the property's amenities, as your all-inclusive vacation has already begun! Check-out is at 11:00AM, so if your flight departs later, you can easily secure your luggage with the hotel and still enjoy the amenities.
