Beth will be able to schedule your stay and air fair while also providing you with a wedding code for booking. Booking for rooms can be done immediately, while air travel may be done 10-11 months prior to the wedding (September/ October).

Though the wedding will be at Beaches, Negril, which is an all inclusive family resort, guests may also stay at Sandals, Negril, which is only a 5 minute ride to Beaches. Shuttles will be provided at no cost for guests to Beaches from Sandals.

Guests who stay at Sandals have access to the Beaches resort throughout the stay of the wedding at no additional cost.

Guests are encouraged to fly into Montego Bay airport where a shuttle service will transport guests from Montego Bay airport to Beaches or Sandals hotels. The trip is approximately 80 minutes. Please ask Beth for further details.

Should you choose to stay at a hotel other than Beaches or Sandals, there is a daily pass rate.

Day and Evening Wedding Guest Passes are issued for five hours and is dependent on wedding start times. Between one hour prior to the start of the ceremony and four hours past the scheduled start time. The duration for a Full Day Wedding Guest Pass is 10:00am – 2:00am.

CLUB MOBAY

Arrival Service:

On arrival, guests descend to the end of the ramp where you will be greeted by your Club MoBay Representative holding your personalized sign-please identify yourself to your Club MoBay Representative.

You will then be escorted to the VIP Immigration fast track line-where you will be processed by the authorities.

Once through Immigration, your Club MoBay Representative will escort you to the Baggage Hall and assist with your baggage claim.

You will then proceed along with your Representative to the VIP Fast Track line in the Customs hall.

Once you have cleared Customs, you will be escorted to the Club MoBay Arrivals lounge where you will be greeted with a cold towel and refreshments.

If your hotel (Sandals/ Beaches) offers an arrivals lounge, a representative will escort you there to await transportation to your destination.

If you are being hosted by our Club MoBay Lounge, their Representative will guide you to your ground transportation.
