Dear Family and Friends,

Because we are having a destination wedding in a remote part of North Idaho, we view your attendance to our wedding as a huge gift. Gifts are not expected, but we do have a few unconventional options and suggestions.

We have been together for eight years, lived together for six, owned two homes, and begun the process of building a life together, so we feel pretty established when it comes to household items. We have also come to realize that we cherish spending time together, sharing unique experiences, and giving back. Because of this, our wedding registry may look a little different. We want our registry to reflect what we value as a couple and find the most meaningful and useful in our stage of life. Below you will see a honeymoon fund for our RV trip, and a home improvement fund for our new home in Olymlpia, WA. We have also created GoFundMe pages as a way to donate to two charities that are meaningful to us, if that is an option you're drawn to. One charity is the Alzheimer's Association in honor of our grandparents who were affected by this disease. The other is Splash, a global non-profit that focuses on clean water and hygiene for children around the world. This organization was founded by our brother-in-law and wedding officiant, Eric.

We also recognize that some people may want to give a physical gift, and that is always an option.

Again, gifts are not expected but we realize it's tradition to create a wedding registry for those who may want gift ideas.
