Getting To Newport
For those traveling to Rhode Island to attend our wedding, you'll be flying into Providence, RI. The airport is about a 30-40 minute drive to Newport. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or renting a car.
Where To Stay
We realize Newport can be expensive, especially on Memorial Day Weekend. For this reason, we have a few recommendations depending on your budget. We also recommend checking Airbnb. You can look for hotels or BNBs in Middletown, or off the island in Jamestown, North Kingstown, Warwick, or Providence. Just be aware if you choose to stay off the island that traffic can back up when crossing the Newport Bridge, increasing travel times to well over an hour during the holiday weekend.
There are a number of great hotels in Newport or Middletown, ranging from a 5-20 minute car ride away from the venue. To start your search we recommend checking out the Sonesta Select in Middletown, RI.
