We have been working closely with Sue Allen from Destination Weddings to take care of all of your room reservations and roundtrip airport transfers. With her help we have reserved a room block with discounted group rates at the resort. You MUST book your stay through Sue via the link below in order to receive the discounted rates and be included in our wedding room block.

Please note there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

If you know you plan to attend, please do not hesitate to put your room deposit down ASAP! The sooner you book your room, the sooner we can plan for total number of confirmed attendees.

All guests should have their reservations made by February 14th, 2025. A refundable deposit of $50 per person or $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. You will have the ability to make payments on your stay through August. All reservations will need to be paid in full by August 26, 2025.

Flights are not included in the room cost. You can book your flight to Cancun through the airline of your choice.

Roundtrip shared transfers to/from Cancun airport ARE included in your room cost when booking through the Destination Wedding link below.

After booking your room, your invoice will contain a link at the bottom to enter your flight details.

Flight details must be entered no later than seven days prior to departure for transportation services to be confirmed.

We ask that guests please arrive on Wednesday the 12th or Thursday the 13th to ensure flight delays don't keep you from missing the big day! There is a 3-night minimum but you are welcome to extend your stay at the resort as long as you'd like.

Travel protection is completely optional - Destination Weddings does offer a unique travel protection plan that will allow you to cancel your trip at any time prior to travel and provides coverage while on your trip. You will be able to review the options when reserving your room.
