For those interested in joining, we have activities before and after our wedding! Please join as little or as much as you’d like. Parking will be available on site at the Cudmore Property. See the detailed description for each day below.

Day 1: Thursday, July 11, 2024 - Beach Day + Dinner, Live Music and Wine at Benedetto Winery

Day 2: Friday, July 12, 2024 - Mountain Biking or Wine/Cider Day

Day 3: Saturday, July 13, 2024 - The Wedding!

Day 4: Sunday, July 14, 2024 - The Day After Brunch



7-8:30am: For campers and those who would like to join a light breakfast will be provided at the Cudmore Property.

9am: Come join for a day out at Pacific City, carpooling leaves from the Cudmore Property at 9.

10am-3pm: Beach day!

Location: Cape Kiwanda Sand Dune, Pacific City, Oregon

If you arrive separately we will have a sign and a tent at the beach where we will be staked out all day. From there, enjoy a day at the beach with options to play games, surf, walk or hike, crab, fish, or clam. Heavy snacks and refreshments will be provided. Lunch is available for purchase at several of the local restaurants or bring a sack lunch. Enjoy the amenities of Pacific City including hiking, shopping, dune climbing, etc. Consider bringing a bathing suit, towel, sunblock, a chair, fishing gear, surfboard, and games.

4pm: Reconvene at the Cudmore Property.

5-8pm: Food truck, wine and live music at Benedetto Winery one mile from our property. We’ve got the place booked and live music! Food and drink are no-host for this event but reasonably priced. Let’s gather for fun drinks and delicious food!

9am: Depart at 9 am for Black Rock Mountain Biking Area

10am-2pm: Option 1 - Mountain biking!

Bring your helmet, pads and get ready to shred the gnar. Sack lunches provided. Bikes required. If you are interested, here is a mountain bike shop in Salem that rents bikes. Call and reserve in advance.

11am-5pm: Option 2 - Self-guided wine tasting.

6:30pm: Dinner & wood fired pizza at the Cudmore Property followed by hanging out, music, etc.

4pm: Ceremony

5pm: Appetizers and Drinks

6pm: Dinner

7pm: Speeches; First dance; cake cutting; music and dancing the night away!

Attire is magical woodland cocktail hour.

We encourage everyone to bring a costume however big or small to put on for the dance and party. This could be anything from a fake mustache to a full body gorilla suit.

We kindly ask that no one smoke on the property given the high fire danger. Besides, smoking is bad for your health. You are welcome to talk to Kevin about all of your nicotine replacement options.

9-11am: Join us for a simple after wedding brunch and hang out at the Cudmore Property

11 and onward: you are welcome to stay and spend time with us for as long as you'd like
