In true college fashion....their first date was a fraternity date party. The theme was "Opposites Attract" where they dressed as Mayhem from Allstate and Flo from Progressive. Sean officially asked Alyssa to be his girlfriend a few weeks later.

College was filled with many fun memories! Lawrence, KS will forever hold a special place in their hearts. Rock Chalk!

Alyssa and Sean celebrated their 6 month anniversary with a downtown KC stay. Little did they know, their future wedding venue was just across the street!

Alyssa studied abroad her junior year of college. After Sean's graduation, he visited her in Vienna! They were able to visit Austria, Barcelona and Poland together.

Sean moved to KC while Alyssa finished her senior year. They enjoyed being able to explore KC together!

Alyssa was finally able participate in the KU tradition of walking down the hill after it was cancelled due to COVID-19 in 2020. Since Sean graduated with his Masters in 2021, they were able to walk down together!

Sean spent the summer working in Washington DC. At the end of his trip, he proposed to Alyssa at the US Botanical Gardens.
