Castello di Ristonchi will exclusively host our wedding celebration weekend. This medieval castle was commissioned by Italy’s famous Medici family in 900 AD and continues to overlook the gorgeous Tuscan landscape. Its rich history shows throughout the property with signs of monks, wars, and stonemasons. Surrounding the castle and chapel are olive groves, hemp fields and fruit trees all in the middle of an ancient chestnut forest.

We deeply understand that a destination wedding (especially an international one) is an enormous ask of our guests. We hope that if you choose to join us, you will look at this as an opportunity to travel to Italy and enjoy a vacation (with a really fun wedding as the icing on the cake).

We've tried to make things as easy as possible for you by working with Ristonchi to provide your housing during the duration of the wedding week. If you choose to join us for the wedding week then all accommodations for the three day weekend will be included in a one time reservation fee ($300.00/per guest). This price covers your lodging for the three days. In addition, to the traditional wedding evening hosted by the bride & groom, Luke & Alyssa will be hosting events throughout the weekend-- including a welcome reception dinner, a pasta making class, etc.

Additional snacks or specialty cocktails can be charged to your room.

To make travel a bit easier- we will also be providing you with transportation from Florence to the Castle on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 3rd.

Check in begins at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 3rd and check out will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 6th. Return transportation provided.

Castello di Ristonchi consists of 30 apartments from studios to 2-bedrooms. Each apartment has it's own private bathroom and kitchen. We look forward to acting as a middle man and working with each of you to be sure that you are fully accommodated during your stay. See the FAQ's for more information on housing.
