Pike Place Market

A Seattle classic! If you are coming from out of town and you’ve never visited the market before, it’s a must see. Filled with over 400 vendors and the world famous fish throwers, there’s lots of places to eat and things to see. One of Tyler’s all time favorite restaurants, Copacabana is also located here!

Space Needle

Welcome to Seattle! The emerald city greets you with the majestic 605-foot tall observation tower: the Space Needle.

The Space Needle was built in 400 days for the 1962 World’s Fair “Man in the Space Age.”

Leavenworth Oktoberfest

One of Alyssa’s all time favorite tiny mountain towns, Leavenworth WA is located approximately 2 hours away from Seattle by car. There is also a scenic train ride that takes you through the mountains (on Amtrak look for King Station to Leavenworth Icicle Station)

Leavenworth is a small Bavarian style town located in the Cascade Mountain Range. During October, they host a variety of Oktoberfest activities that are super cute and fun! The dates for the Oktoberfest are October 4-5, 11-12, & 18-19.

The Olympia Farmers Market is one of the only vendor operated farmers markets in The State of Washington. They’ve been around since 1975!

Tai Tung Restaurant

Established in 1935 by Grandpa Quan, Tai Tung has remained in the family for over 87 years.

A Tai Tung regular, Bruce Lee would always sit at the same back table and order his two favorite dishes: Oyster Sauce Beef and Garlic Shrimp.
