Please RSVP by June 1st, 2024 by mailing in RSVP from invitation or on the wedding website. Please list number of guests who will be attending with you for ceremony and/or Reception/Dinner. For ceremony we are needing exact number of guests so we know how many chairs need to be paid for! Also want to know how many tables and chairs need to be set up for Reception! If you don't RSVP by date, make sure to wear comfortable standing shoes! :)

Adresss: 50 Yegen Place, Lincoln, ND, 58504. South 40 Events holds the White Barn and Pavilion. The Bride and Groom chose the Pavilion. When you drive to the Venue you will see the White barn first. Turn into the parking lot and take the dirt road trail around and down to the Pavilion! There will be another wedding going on at the White Barn. But don't worry, there will be signs to direct you to the Bride and Groom's wedding! There will be parking down at the Pavilion. If you would like, consider carpooling with people you know to allow more parking for other guests. :)

A good family friend of the Bride's family, Jeff Brandt and his wife Wendy, happily accepted to make food for the Bride and Groom's wedding! Menu: BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, calico beans, lettuce salads, and other salads and sorts. Dessert: Homemade bars and other treats, and cupcakes!

This is a cash bar only! There is an ATM inside the Venue. No outside alcohol allowed on the premise! With the rules of the venue in Lincoln, there will be Lincoln PD security once alcohol is being served. If you feel the need to bring your own alcohol make sure you have a check ready to give to Mother of the Bride! ;) Thank you for your understanding :)

There are unfortunately no hotels blocked for the Bride and Groom's wedding. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Bismarck! Or can make arrangements with family or friend. :) We hope you are able to find a place to stay if you are traveling, to help celebrate our special day :)
