A note on the weather: Many of our guests are aware that Charleston can be unpredictable this time of year and it may be a bit humid. While most of our wedding activities will take place after sunset, or indoors, our ceremony will take place outside on the Hart Meadows Ranch grounds. There will be refreshments readily available to our guests. However, please dress accordingly and comfortable. We want you to look and feel your best!
During the actual ceremony, we ask that our guests are fully unplugged (i.e. phones and cameras away). Aside from that, feel free to capture the night away!
That said, we are so lucky to have Anna Grace Photography be apart of our day to beautifully capture it all!
We love your kids, however we want you to have the night off to enjoy yourself. This will be an adults-only wedding.

Please reach out if we can assist you with finding a local babysitter for the night.
In order to keep our guest list on track, we can only accommodate the guests that have been addressed on the invitation and the online Knot RSVP. Any family members of the same household or plus ones should appear with your name when you RSVP online.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
We have booked a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Downtown Charleston. Additional details regarding our hotel accommodations are included under the "Travel" tab of our wedding website. We recommend booking early as May/June is a popular time and the start of our busy season here in Charleston.
There will be transportation via private shuttle service to and from the Hilton Garden Inn, which is where the hotel block is located. Please feel free to use these shuttles no matter where you are staying (please indicate via the RSVP tab if you plan on utilizing the shuttles). Note that we will have a fully open bar and if you plan to enjoy a few drinks, driving is not recommended.
Uber/Lyft are also available in the Charleston area.
There is free parking available on site. You may leave your car overnight but it must be picked up prior to 10:00AM the following day. If you plan to enjoy the open bar, we encourage you to use the shuttle service or rideshare options, such as Uber or Lyft.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will be outside but there will be areas that are covered. The reception will be indoors.
There is a rain plan in place in the event the ceremony needs to be moved indoors.
The ceremony will be held on grass so narrow/thin heeled shoes are not recommended.
Ofcourse! Please reach out to achamilton2024@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
