May/June is the start of our hot, humid summers. The weather around this time can be unpredictable- night temperatures can range anywhere in the 50's - 70's while day temperatures can range anywhere in the 70's - 90's. The most important thing to consider is the humidity, so please be prepared if you are traveling and remember to hydrate!
We understand many guests will be traveling from out-of-town and appreciate the sacrifices required to attend. As such, accommodations have been selected with convenience in mind and are located in the downtown area to allow our guests to experience the best Charleston has to offer.

The Hilton Garden Inn Waterfront / Downtown is where we will have a discounted room block and where the shuttle will pick up/drop off.

The discounted rate is available from Friday, May 31, 2024 through Sunday, June 2, 2024. There is a two-night minimum and rooms must be reserved by April 26, 2024 to receive the discounted rate.

Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Waterfront
While we do not have a room block at this hotel, it is directly next to the Hilton Garden Inn Waterfront which is where the shuttle will pick up / drop off.
Charleston International Airport
The closest airport is the Charleston International Airport. It is about 25 minutes from the recommended hotel and Downtown Charleston.
Rental cars are available on site and you can easily request Ubers or Lyfts to/from the airport.
