We ask that all RSVP’s be completed by May 11th at the latest. This will give us time to communicate our final numbers with our vendors.

As much as we would love to host everyone and their dates, we have a strict guest list to ensure we stay inside of our venues maximum capacity. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Any plus ones have been written on individual invitations. If you have any questions about this please be sure to contact us.

As much as we would love to have all of your children attend our wedding, due to our venue capacity, we ask that only children of family members be at the wedding.

We ask that our guests wear semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, some suggestions are to wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, some suggestions are to wear cocktail dress or dressy separates! We encourage you to wear color to celebrate our love! (And ladies, just be mindful weather permitting the ceremony will be held outside on the lawn)

We welcome guest to arrive anytime before our ceremony! At this time, anyone staying overnight can get checked into their room. You can also enjoy a drink at the bar prior to the ceremony. We ask that everyone please arrive by 4:30 pm so that we can start the ceremony on time at 5:00 pm.

There is a parking lot located at the front of the building available for guests to park in.

Both our reception and ceremony spaces are wheelchair accessible.

Both! As long as weather permits, the reception and parts of cocktail hour will take place outside. Our reception will be indoors. If the ceremony gets moved indoors due to the weather, you will be alerted of the change prior to the ceremony start time.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you please not take photos or videos during the ceremony so that you can be present with us during this special moment. We have hired talented photographers who will make sure to capture all of the beautiful moments throughout our ceremony. Prior to, and after our ceremony, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you would like! (Wedding photo app?)

Cocktail hour food will be served via platters. We will be having a seated dinner. The entree that you selected on your invitation will be served directly to the table. There will be an open bar available during both the cocktail hour and reception.

Our reception will formally end at 10:30pm. Afterwards, we will be continuing to quietly party at the hotel bar! Feel free to stick around for however long you would like!
