Friends and family can call over the phone or book their room online.

Our wedding room block starts with 25 reserved standard rooms. 10 rooms are available the night prior. Guests can book their room at any time by calling the hotel or booking online with the Group Attendee code KBJL11. We advise booking early on as space outside of these 25 rooms is on a first come first serve basis, based on hotel availability. Guests should make their own reservations as they are responsible for the credit card on file. Our room block will be cut off May 11, 2025. Upon this day, any unused rooms that are not reserved by guests will be automatically released back to the hotel inventory. Last-minute guests would need to call and check the hotels availability of any remaining rooms that were released.

Online Booking Directions:
1. Go to NormandyFarm.com
2. Click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab)
3. Under “Guests & Rooms”, go to “Add Code” and click on the drop down menu
4. Click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”
*our venue notes this is where people get stuck; they miss the drop down and pay full price outside of the block rate*
5. Click “Add” to move forward, scroll to the bottom of the screen
6. Clock “Select & Go To Next Step”
7. Guests should then tap the Check In Date and tap the Check Out Date
8. Click “Confirm Dates Of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct
9. Choose one of the available room types
10. Click “Add Room & Check Out”, the proceed to enter profile/card details
11. Enter all *necessary* fields and click “Complete Reservation”
