Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Aaron always lets out a little sigh when I tell this part of the story, but it’s important. After several painful attempts in the dating pool, we finally connected online and talked for a while before agreeing to meet. I knew something was different about him, but my expectations were so low — I half-expected disaster. The disaster never came. Instead we spent the night talking about moo cows, math, and Masons, laughing until it felt like we’d known each other forever. From that night on, we were inseparable. We made time for cozy movie nights, spontaneous road trips, and as much trivia as we could fit in. Aaron proposed on July 26, 2025 under the oak trees at his family farm — a quiet, perfect moment that felt so much like us. We’re excited to celebrate our wedding on June 26, 2026 in Goodridge, MN, surrounded by family and friends as we start this next chapter together.
