As most of you know, we will be married in a small, private beach ceremony on Tuesday, October 8th. Alyssa's brother will officiate the ceremony and both sets of parents and siblings will be in attendance.
That being said, get ready to party! This event will be a celebration of our marriage filled with food, drink, and lots of dancing.
We will also be hosting a smaller welcome event on Thursday, October 10th for those traveling into town early. We will have more information to come.
What date should I RSVP by?
Kindly RSVP by September 6, 2024 through our website.
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
The reception will be located at the Salero event venue on the 8th floor of the Henlopen Hotel. The event venue is indoor and does not have an outdoor balcony area.
Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Street parking is available throughout Rehoboth Beach, but please keep in mind that you may need to pay for parking.
We highly suggest leaving your car at your hotel or AirBnB and Ubering to/from the reception for ease.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
We will not have a shuttle running to and from the hotel due to guests staying at various locations of their choosing.
We will, however, have two separate jolly trolleys leaving the Henlopen hotel at 9:15 and 9:45 PM to transport guests to The Starboard in Dewey Beach and keep the party going. Guests should not feel obligated to stay out until 1 AM, but are still encouraged by the bride and groom! Please note that guests will be responsible for Ubering back to their respective hotels/AirBnBs when they choose to head home for the evening.
What is the dress code?
Seeing as this is not a ceremony, but a reception, guests are encouraged to wear cocktail attire.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions and the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18.
What type of food will be served at your wedding? Will there be an open bar?
Food and appetizers will be served buffet style toward the beginning of the reception. The event will be open bar. We will have more information to come.
