Please note that there are two sides of The Avenue Inn & Spa (The Avenue and The Avenue II). The bride and groom will be staying on The Avenue side of the hotel, and suggest guests do the same.


The room block reservation requires a two-night minimum stay in the room of your choice from the list below. There is no discount associated with the block, but AAA members can provide their membership information at checkout for a 10% discount.


*Coastal Choice King Superior- 1 king bed, sitting area with sofa bed, shower/tub combination.
*Wilmington Avenue Deluxe King - 1 king bed, sofa bed, step-in glass shower, private balcony.
*Wilmington Avenue Accessible King - 1 king bed, accessible bathroom w/roll-in shower, private balcony.
*Shore Choice Queen Suite - 2 queen beds, separate sitting area w/sofa bed, coffee table and second TV. Step-in glass shower. No balcony.
*Wilmington Avenue Deluxe Queen - 2 queen beds, step-in glass shower, private balcony.
*Rehoboth Beach Resort King - 1 king bed, sofa bed, shower/tub combination, private balcony.
*Rehoboth Beach Resort Queen - 2 queen beds, shower/tub combination, private balcony.
*Coastal Choice Queen - 2 queen beds, sofa bed, shower/tub combination, private balcony.


One parking space per room is secured in the underground parking garage. Guests may park on site anytime after 12 Noon on arrival day, but official check-in time is 4 PM.
