I suggest to be to the venue between 3:30 - 3:45 pm so you can say your hellos to people and be seated for when the ceremony starts at 4pm.

We will plan for a send off at 11pm, and we'd love for everyone to be there to send us off into our first night as husband and wife! Of course we understand people may need to leave beforehand, so please leave when it is comfortable for you.

The newly weds will plan to stop by hotels during breakfast time to say hellos to the guests if people are still around! Other than that, feel free to leave whenever and enjoy the rest of the long weekend. :)

We have three hotel blocks set up that are linked in our "Hotel Accommodations" section so our guests can have discounted rates.

Madison has many fun things to see and do. One of my favorites is the Dane County Farmers Market which is open on Saturdays until 1pm. They have booths lining the entire capital square with plenty of treats, yummy food, and beautiful flowers. Make sure to get some cheese curds or cheesy bread! :) Some other things include walking around the city and college town, going to Memorial Union to sit and have a beer by the lake, or going to any of the amazing restaurants they have in the area. Whatever you prefer! We will have a gift table, but we realize it may be easier for guests to send gifts earlier. You can send them prior to the address in our registry if that is preferred! We will have a card box at the venue if this is something you plan to bring.
