Lobby

When you first walk into the lobby, this will be to your right. This shows the front desk to check in if you are staying at the resort. Straight down the hallway in this picture, (not shown) is the elevator down to the patio where the ceremony will be held.

This picture shows what you will see directly in front of you when you walk into the lobby. Behind the staircases are a sitting area and the doors to the patio staircase. When you go up the staircase, you will be on a balcony to see down to the sitting area. Right off the balcony is the pool table, foosball, and dart room. It also leads to the hallways to the villas or hotel rooms.

This picture shows what you will see to the left when you first come into the lobby. To the left side of the picture is the on-site store for anything you may have forgotten, snacks, and water. The hallway in the middle of the picture goes down to the Maple Kitchen Restaurant and Bar where the rehearsal dinner will be held. At the end of the hallway is the ballroom where the reception will be held.

This picture shows the sitting area directly behind the staircase.

The three above pictures show the right side of the sitting area on the other side of the fireplace. The door is one of two you can go out to walk down the patio staircase. It is also the space where the wedding party will be lined up for the ceremony.

The two pictures above show the left side of the sitting area. This is the other of the two doors you can go out to the patio staircase. Also will be where the wedding party will be lined up for the ceremony.

This picture shows the patio staircase that you will walk down to get to the ceremony space. If you are taking the elevator, you will come out of the doors under the staircase and walk the paved walkway to the patio.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a summer formal dress code for our evening. Wear whatever color you like, but please, do not wear white or jeans.

Can I bring guests/+1's not noted on my Invitation?

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name on the RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself &amp; your guest. Due to multiple factors, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

I didn't receive an invitation, can I still come?

Unfortunately, we have a set number of guests at our venue and cannot accommodate guests who are not on our finalized guest list. Sadly, we are not able to invite everyone. We hope you understand!

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!If you have sent us an RSVP card and now cannot make it, please contact us so we can let our caterer know.

Room Block

All blocked villas have been reserved for dates between August 12th-14th, and the blocked rooms have been taken! Please book before July 12th, 2022. Villas have a fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces, living and dining rooms, and free wi-fi. Each villa with multiple bedrooms has a private exterior door for each bedroom and its own individual bath. Our Story

Our story begins at Norwich University. We met in an architect class, David in the front row, ignoring everyone and trying to excel in class. Amanda sat in the back of the class with her friends and argued with the professor. At first sight, you can tell Amanda and David are from different worlds, but she was intrigued by the way David stood out from everyone else. When Amanda tried to talk to David, he didn’t give her the time of day at first. David thought she was loud, opinionated, and demanding; and a little out of her mind. Amanda, being a complete pain in the ass, wouldn't leave him alone. David, who was grumpy, quiet, and loved being a loner; he just wanted to make it through college. Even though they were very different from each other they were both passionate about their work. Somehow, they became best friends. They would spend all night doing homework, partying like it's 1999, and making fun of all the military students who were, what David calls, “Window Lickers.” They became inseparable and fell in love. It’s been five amazing years and nothing has changed. David and Amanda are still best friends and love each other more than anyone will ever know.
