Can I bring a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to space and planning considerations, plus ones are only included for guests whose invitation specifically lists a second name. When you RSVP, you’ll only be able to respond for the names included on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding—we wish we could include everyone!

Are children invited?

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are for immediate family members who have been personally contacted. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us!

Where should I park?

Guest parking is available at the Trinity Parish Parking Lot. From there, it is a short 1–2 minute walk to the ceremony space. (See directions on home tab)

What should I wear?

Our dress code is semi-formal. We encourage you to dress up and celebrate with us!

Is the venue easy to walk to?

Yes! The ceremony location is just a short walk (about 1–2 minutes) from the parking area. Please note that some areas in downtown St. Augustine include cobblestone or uneven surfaces.

Can I leave my car overnight?

We recommend arranging transportation in advance if you plan to enjoy the evening. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted, so all vehicles must be removed the same night.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will take place entirely indoors, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration regardless of the weather.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! The venue is accessible and an elevator is available for guests who may need it. Please note that some surrounding areas in downtown St. Augustine include cobblestone and uneven walkways. If you have any specific needs, feel free to reach out to us in advance—we’re happy to help!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and a short walk to the venue. The ceremony will begin promptly, and we don’t want you to miss a moment!

Where are the closest airports?

For guests traveling to St. Augustine, the closest major airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), located approximately 50 miles from The White Room, with an estimated drive time of about one hour. Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) is another nearby option, located about 55 miles away and approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from the venue. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located approximately 115 miles from St. Augustine, with an estimated drive time of around two hours.
