Our story began in 2021, when Amanda and Preston met through the magic of Hinge. After a few witty messages, they knew they’d found something special. Amanda was intrigued by Preston’s sense of humor and adventurous spirit, while Preston admired Amanda’s warmth and contagious laughter.

Throughout their relationship, Preston and Amanda enjoy experiencing new restaurants, traveling to new places, and creating lifelong memories. Preston and Amanda have enjoyed stepping outside of their comfort zones together — from introducing Amanda to the joys of coffee to persuading Preston to try hot yoga. Some of their favorite memories include cheering on their Razorbacks and Sooners, traveling across the country and abroad, spending quality time with friends, and loving on their pup, Lady.

On November 30, 2024, Preston convinced Amanda to go to the Dallas Arboretum to see the Christmas Village. Unbeknownst to Amanda, Preston arranged a plan to ask her to be his wife! After an intimate engagement in the Women's Garden, Amanda was surprised by a dinner with the couples siblings and an after-party, hosted by their parents, filled with close friends and family.

Amanda and Preston are beyond excited to begin this next chapter of their lives together. They can't wait to celebrate their love and create unforgettable memories with their favorite people in beautiful Carmel!
