Carmel by the Sea is a coastal town with a majority of B&Bs and AirBnbs to stay in (rather than chain hotels). With that being said, we do not have a home base hotel for the weekend. Feel free to explore the area and find the perfect place to stay for your group. Monterey is the closest "big" city, so feel free to explore options in that area as well.

Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) is the closest airport to Carmel, California and where we recommend you fly into.

San Jose International Airport (SJC) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO) are also options, but these are further away and require a longer drive (and typically rental cars).
