Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony will be held at the Cathedral of the Incarnation, 2015 West End Avenue, at 7pm. The reception will take place at The Parthenon, 2500 West End Aveune, immediately following the ceremony.
How will I get to the reception following the ceremony?
Shuttles will be provided for all guests from the ceremony at the Cathedral of Incarnation to the reception at the Parthenon. The Parthenon is 1.1 miles away from the Cathedral, making the drive less than five minutes. Guests are more than welcome to Uber or drive to the reception. Parking is free of cost.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
Cocktails and dinner will be served!
Will dinner be served?
Yes, dinner will be served to all guests following the cocktail hour.
Is the reception indoors or outdoors?
The reception will be both indoors and outdoors.
Where should I stay? Are there hotel blocks for guests?
We have reserved room blocks at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, the Graduate Hotel, the Hampton Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt, and the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. You will find links for hotel blocks under 'Travel' on our website.
Are kids invited to the wedding?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to invite children to our wedding. We hope that you will still be able to attend!
How do I know if I have a plus one invite?
If you have a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
