1) Travel to the resort's website: https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/
2) At the bottom of the page, enter in your arrival and departure dates, how many guests in the room, and enter the promo code "RMWOCT25FPM"
3) Click "CHECK AVAILABILITY"
4) Make sure you see the pop-up "PROMOTIONAL CODE APPLIED: RMWOCT25FPM" listed under the Groups Rate.
5) Pick the room you want, make sure the discount is applied, and confirm booking!
When will my credit card get charged?
Payment will get taken out of your account around 30 days prior to arrival. You can change rooms and remove/add people to reservation up until August 1st. When you initially book it will charge you $1.
What form of payment does the resort accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express
I need to edit my reservation. Can I?
YES! You can call the resort and change your room type, # of nights, and even add/remove other guests in your room. This can be completed up until August 1st (NO EXCEPTIONS!!).
Are we guaranteed a room with your promo code "RMWOCT25FPM"?
No! The promo code is NOT a room block, rooms will be subject to resort availability. These are simply a discounted rate and putting you in our wedding group. Don't wait until last minute to book, they could sell out! You have until August 1st to book your room to be part of our wedding group.
