Yes, the dress code is semi-formal to formal. No shorts for men please.

We are hoping for sun but it's not uncommon for rain this time of year. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will take place indoors.

There is lots of street parking at the venue and it is free.

Due to space and venue limitations this event is adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

If you are coming from Vancouver, take Highway 1 East toward Hope. Take exit 44 toward Highway 7B (Mary Hill Bypass). Follow the bypass until the Pitt River bridge. Turn onto Lougheed Highway. Follow Lougheed Highway East all the way until the Haney Bypass - take the bypass around downtown Maple Ridge and turn right back onto Lougheed Highway East bound. Follow Lougheed again until you reach 280th and turn left. Turn right on 96th ave and the Hall is on your left at the corner of 96th Ave and 284th St. If you are coming from Hope, follow Highway 1 West bound toward Vancouver. Take exit 92 Sumas way/ Hwy 11. Continue and then make a slight right onto the Abbotsford/Mission Highway. Continue into Mission and then make a left onto Lougheed Highway. Follow Lougheed Highway West bound and then make a right at 285th St. This road turns into 96th Ave. The Hall is on your right on the corner of 96th Ave and 284th St.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and then during the reception and dance it will be a toonie bar. Please bring extra toonies to tip our bartenders! 😊

If we do not receive an RSVP, your invite will be seen as a decline. Since we are doing a plated dinner there will be no food for you. Please RSVP on time with your dinner selections. Thanks in advance!

If you need to change your meal selection please contact us as soon as possible. After the RSVP deadline of April15th we will not be able to adjust dinner selections due to catering limitations.
