Parte Vieja

The heart of San Sebastián, Parte Vieja is full of charm and energy. It's home to the city’s famous pintxo bars, narrow cobblestone streets and historic architecture.

Parte Vieja can get quite loud at night during the summer. For a quieter stay, we recommend looking in another area of town or for places along the perimeter of Parte Vieja, near the river or ocean.

Centro

Centrally located and elegant, Centro is known for its beautiful boulevards, boutique shopping and cafes. This area is quiet at night and very well located.

La Concha

Situated along the iconic crescent-shaped beach, La Concha offers stunning views and easy beach access. It’s much quieter than Parte Vieja and still just a short stroll from all the city's highlights.

Gros / Zurriola Beach

Trendy and more local-feeling, Gros is known for its surf scene, modern cafes and laid-back vibe. It’s just across the river from Parte Vieja and Centro and an easy walk to all parts of the city.

San Sebastián is a small, very walkable city so if you stay in any of the neighborhoods above, everything is within easy reach!
