Amanda & Ryan met at the New York State AHPERD Physical Education conference at Turning Stone in Upstate New York. Ryan was working at the Spikeball booth at the time and Amanda was a curious customer.

At the moment they met, Ryan knew Amanda was the girl he was going to marry.

After Axe Throwing dates, trips to Six Flags, summer volleyball leagues, and multiple adventures, it took the summer of 2020 to realize that these two were perfect for each other.

Amanda had a 30-mile race she was running on Memorial Day weekend. At nearly every checkpoint of the race, Ryan was there with ice, food, or just to cheer her on every step of the way. At the end of the run, Ryan organized her whole family to meet her at the finish line with signs, and ice-cold beer! To Amanda's surprise, she had no idea anyone else would be there or even know about her challenge.

It was that day Amanda realized what came with the words LOVE. It's someone who puts you first, someone who can support you every step of the way, someone who is excited and proud to be by your side, and someone who knows how important family and friends are. Ryan Delaney checked all those boxes and then some.

Since that day, Amanda and Ryan became a great team living by all those values. Their adventure is just beginning :)
