Gabriel was raised in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland; while spending many summers with his family in Puerto Rico. Amanda was raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and made her way down to Maryland to continue her education.

Both Gabriel and Amanda attended University of Maryland for their undergraduate studies. Gabriel proceeded to attend the University of Michigan for medical school (Go Blue!!!). Amanda will be graduating from Georgetown University this Fall with her degree as a Nurse Practitioner.

We first met at local Baltimore City watering holes, “Stalking Horse” and "Crossbar", while living in Federal Hill. Our first date was at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, Blue Agave. Initially bonding over our love of cheese, Maryland Terrapins, and medicine, we quickly realized how compatible we were! Our first date lasted HOURS, and concluded only when we both realized our hospital shifts started in a few hours. We then spent our days traveling the world, raising our adorable dog (Jett), and making Baltimore County our new home together. Fast forward three years, Gabriel proposed on Thanksgiving, while surrounded by both of our families (and Jett, of course!). We have made so many beautiful memories over the last few years- we are so excited to share our special day with you!
