Frank and Amanda met while studying abroad in China. They were actually scavenger hunt partners on the 3rd day on their Study Abroad.

Were diligent students in Beibei.

Like really diligent students that spent a ton of time studying and not having any fun.

They even figured out how to get custom suits so that they could go on a school trip to Chongqing and teach Chinese students all they knew about business.

But occasionally they had some fun traveling within China to places like Yunan.

Amanda and Frank enjoyed China so much that they went back for internships. Frank spent the summer in Bejing and Amanda in Shanghai. But met up to travel around the country.

They Graduated from CSB/SJU with the same major and from the Entrepreneurship program on campus. Frank moved to Minneapolis and started a job at Optum and Amanda moved to Fargo to start a job at Frito Lay.

Even after graduation Amanda would make frequent trips down to Minneapolis from Fargo to hang out with Friends.

Once the group even came up to spend the weekend in Amanda's studio apartment. Where Aneesh described Fargo as Pluto.

They made many international trips together.

Including a trip to Sri Lanka and more trips back to China to visit friends.

Amanda moved to MN in 2021 and they started hanging out more frequently.

Frank (finally) asks Amanda to be his girlfriend.

Frank moves into Amanda's house and they started renting out Frank's condo.

They just continue to have fun traveling...

...celebrating their friends.

Frank taught Amanda to ski...

...& Amanda forced Frank into making friends at the gym.

Frank proposed to Amanda on the Superior Hiking Trail in Grand Marias. She said yes.

They have continued to have fun visiting family...

and friends around the US while planning their wedding.

They can't wait to celebrate their love with with you at their wedding on 9/13/25.
