The enchiladas will be Nettie's. Aunt Susie and Sandy were gracious enough to help us make them all. However the sides and staff from Los Hermosa in Chaska will be helping us out so that we can prioritize having fun. If you are from MN we would highly suggest trying them out for lunch or dinner. They have been wonderful to work with and the food is even better.
