Please avoid wearing white, ivory, and shades of red/maroon. Semi-formal or formal attire is requested. Please, no jeans. Men should wear shirts with a collar and a jacket.

Please do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful team of professionals to capture our ceremony and look forward to sharing their work as soon as we are able. You are free to take photos and videos during the reception. Please do not share any photos of the bride and groom from the wedding before they are able to do so themselves.

As much as we love your children, we are requesting a child-free wedding. Thank you for honoring our wishes!

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and and reception will be indoors. Weather in West Virginia can be unpredictable in October, please plan accordingly.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If you have received a plus one they will be listed on your invitation. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Any plus ones will be indicated on the invitation as “Your Name + Guest”

Please arrive at the venue by 4 pm to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm.

There is parking at the venue! We suggest arriving a little bit early to ensure having enough time to park and get into the venue.
