Wedding Day Timeline

3:30pm-4:00pm: Ceremony

4:00pm-5:00pm: Cocktails and Hor D' Oeuvres

5:00pm-5:30pm: Guests Seated, Announcements, Toast, Blessings

5:30pm-6:30pm: Buffet Dinner

6:30pm-10:00pm: Dancing and Entertainment

IF STAYING AT THE MICROTEL INN & SUITES BY WYNDHAM:

2 buses will be provided to pick guests up staying at the hotel for the ceremony, and transport you back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Times for pick-up and drop-off are listed below:

Pickup from Microtel Inn & Suites - Buses arrive at 2:50pm and depart to The Gathering Place for ceremony at 3:05pm

Pickup from The Gathering Place - Buses will board at 10:10pm and depart to the hotel at 10:20pm.
