WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
The last day you can RSVP is November 17, 2025. We are asking to have this as the deadline so we can give our vendors our finally head count.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE?
Our ceremony will begin on time 4pm. We recommend arriving thirty minutes prior to start time. Anyone that arrives later than 4pm, will have to attend cocktail hour.
ARE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ALLOWED DURING THE CEREMONY?
We would love to have your undivided attention as we walk down the aisle. To ensure that our photographer and videographer capture us all at our best we asks that our ceremony is UNPLUGGED AT ALL TIMES. Anytime after feel free to take photos in send all photos to Amar and/or Shawilla. We also asks that you do not post us on social media until bride and groom has posted themselves.
WHERE IS PARKING AND IS IT FREE?
Yes, parking at the venue is free. One of the parking lots is located east of the Ideal English School MetroWest at the roundabout. The other parking lot is located at the corner of Via Venzana Ave and S Hiawassee Road. Please use the map for reference below and not the businesses, due to some that may not be in business still.
IS IT AN OPEN BAR EVENT?
Yes, this is an open bar event but we strongly advises that you all drink responsibly. Once all the fun is over you are responsible for getting home safely. BARTENDERS HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ALCOHOL TO GUEST THAT THEY/WE FEEL HAS HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK!!
WILL THERE BE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE FOR THOSE IN NEED?
Yes, anyone with mobility challenges will have access to the elevator to get up to the ceremony.
WILL THERE BE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS?
Yes, there will be assigned table seating arrangements during the reception only (TABLE NUMBERS ARE LISTED ON YOUR BOARDING PASS) Each table will be called to the dance floor to take a group photo with us before entering the buffet line for dinner.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM VENUE?
You are responsible to get to the venue. We are more than happy to provide you with the proper transportation information that you can use to get you to your respectable destination.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
We're excited to celebrate this special day with everyone but due to limited space, we kindly ask that only guests listed on your invitation attend. If a plus one is not included, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
Unfortunately, we love the little ones, but this is a no kid's event with an exception of our wedding party.
