Yes. The wedding will be livestreamed on Facebook and there will also be a recording on the platform. You will not need a Facebook account to watch the video link, but you will not be able to write any comments. Please RSVP for the live stream option after declining the first two RSVP questions for the rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony.

We request that you please RSVP for the rehearsal dinner party and wedding ceremony through this website. If you are having issues RSVPing on the website, then please email michaelchuck15@yahoo.com with the number of guests attending each event. Please include "Wedding RSVP" in the subject title of the email.

The video link will be sent out via text message, email, or Facebook Messenger depending on the answer in the RSVP section for the video link. The video link will be sent out about a week before the wedding on Oct 3, 2025.

We ask that you please RSVP by September 1, 2025. However, guests are more than welcome to attend the wedding events even if you do not RSVP by that time! We have extra capacity, and are only requesting RSVPs for ordering enough food and for picking a good floor plan. However we plan to order extra food and have extra seating just in case.

Yes and yes! The event spaces are generous. Please indicated your guest on the RSVP so that we accommodate everyone with food and beverages.

Please dress comfortable for the rehearsal dinner and semi-formal for the wedding ceremony.

The rehearsal dinner party, wedding ceremony, and reception will all be indoors. There is a less than a minute walk outside between the wedding venue and reception venue as the two venues are not connected inside. Average daily temperatures in Lynchburg include a 68 degrees high and 48 degrees low with a 15% of rainfall on any given day.

It will be a self-serve banquet (buffet style) for both the rehearsal dinner party and wedding reception. Dinner and desserts will be ready for the rehearsal dinner party at 5:30. Dinner for the wedding reception will start around 5:00 pm and desserts around 7:00 pm. Both events will have vegetarian options. Alcohol will be available for the rehearsal dinner party only. The wedding venue and reception area restricts consumption of alcohol.

It will be open seating for all events and please feel free to move around. Both the rehearsal dinner party and wedding reception will have tables that seat eight comfortably.

There will not be any caretakers, but we plan to have dedicated rooms inside during the wedding ceremony and reception for babies to be comforted by their caregivers. There is a small grass area enclosed outside the reception area where children can let off some excess energy!

Yes. Please feel free to take pictures anytime and the venue has no restrictions with photography. However, please be mindful of any flash photography or photography that blocks other view during the ceremony or special moments during the reception. The closest airport is Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH). It is about 5 miles from the wedding/reception venue and 7 miles from the rehearsal dinner party. Please see the Travel tab for other options and more information.

Your presence at our wedding or support from afar is the greatest gift we could ask for and the sacrifice of time and travel costs means a lot of to us! We would appreciate your prayers for our future together in lieu of gifts. Please see the first picture below for what the Aviary looks like. There are 15 spots very close to the venue at 400 Grove St, Lynchburg, VA 24501. This address should bring you right to the venue. If all the parking spots are taken, please park at 301 Grove St, Lynchburg, VA 24501 and walk .1 miles to the Aviary. Please see the second and third picture for regarding overflow parking.
