There is a minimum 3 night stay for all wedding guests. The major events are Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday but many guests will arrive on Thursday. Feel free to book your room for as long as you want (we'll be there all week) we just ask that you use our reservation code as we have an extremely limited capacity.

If you are still reading this Q&A, you are running late. Of course we understand that things change and you may not be sure. Cancellation is free up until 60 days from the wedding (August 2025) so we recommend you book now and cancel if necessary. You can also add an additional guest to your reservation until 60 days out.

Although we are planning an adults-oriented weekend, we do not want childcare to be a barrier to attendance. The resort is family-friendly (but also has adults-only areas) and includes a great kids club. Babysitters are available through the hotel for the night of the wedding for $30/hr.

The Finest website is not a model of clarity. While you can always call and talk to the resort, it is likely easier to cancel and immediately rebook your reservation for the correct dates. Because there are limitations on many room categories, you should first check to see if your room type is available on any days you want to add. (E.g. if you booked Friday to Monday but want to come in Thursday, check to make sure the type of room you booked is available on Thursday, then cancel your Friday to Monday reservation, and immediately rebook). Be sure to use the promo code or you won't be in our block/ on the wedding guest list. If you did not use the promo code when you initially booked, you should cancel and rebook with the promo code.
