Passport Information
Please ensure your passport is valid for six months from your date of departure. Everyone needs a passport (even children) (children are people too).
Go physically look at your passport. If it expires before April 16, 2026, please get it renewed ASAP.
Flights
Nonstop flights are available from Austin to Cancun on American Airlines and Southwest Airlines (although the Southwest schedule does not open until February 2025). There are even more flight options if you connect through Houston.
Seasons Transfers
Finest will arrange for one complimentary airport transfer per room. You will receive a link closer to the dates of travel.
If a guest is staying in the same room but flying in at a different time, they will need to set up a paid airport transfer with transfers@seasonstours.com
