We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on the FORMAL invitation. Yet, we still hope you use this as a date night for yourself! Your formal invitation will be made out to "The {your last name} Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

No need! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. An open bar will be provided between 5:00-10:45 pm. Please, DO NOT bring your alcohol onto the premises as we can be fined. Also, because it is a cash bar we ask that you be mindful and respectful.

Please RSVP by the date given on your formal invitation! You and your family will be marked as a "no" if not answered by the date provided. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the caterer in a timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand.

We ask you to kindly turn off your ringer during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share them with you all. There will be a 10 minute time period after the ceremony to take as many pictures you'd like.

We will have table reservations for each party. We want to be sure everyone has a seat with people they know. Please do not move the seats until after all events are over!

Please refer to our registry or there will be a card box provided at the venue for a Honeymoon Fund.

BBQ will be on the menu for the evening. You may pick and choose what you like and what you do not like on your plate. Soda, water, tea, and lemonade will be provided as well.

At this time the ceremony will be held outside on the venue premises and the reception will be inside.
