All events are at Hotel Xcaret. The wedding is at the base of the Xpiral Pyramid. The Dinner and Dance are a short walk to Caleta Fuego. A map will be provided upon arrival.

YES! Friday AT 5 PM, there is a WELCOME PARTY for ALL GUESTS, followed by dinner and a show. We ask everyone arrive to the hotel lobby bar at 4:45 pm where you will be escorted to the welcome party. WEDDING IS SATURDAY MARCH 26TH AT 5PM. Please arrive to the hotel lobby bar at 4:30 PM. SUNDAY, MARCH 27th, Amber and Andrew will be at Sunday Brunch followed by the main pool at 12 pm. You are welcome to join them or enjoy the resort/parks.

No. Because so many people have a preferred airline for points and miles, we are leaving flight booking up to each individual guest to choose your preferred airline. :) The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport. From there a free shuttle will be provided to bring you directly to the resort

This is not a requirement to test prior to arriving at the resort. They do have covid protocols in place at the resort. Currently, they ask you to wear a mask when you are moving throughout the resort. Once you reach the wedding venue, masks are not required. Hand sanitizer can be found throughout the resort. Covid Testing: To return to the US, you are required to show a negative test. The hotel offers free testing and recommends scheduling this 24 hours prior to your departure. If you have recovered from covid within the last 90 days and have a doctor's note with proof of recovery, you are exempt from the testing and can return with the doctor's note in place of the test.
