When should I RSVP by?
Please understand that in order to plan accordingly we ask that you RSVP no later than Wednesday, September 6th. If you or someone you know attending, is unable to RSVP digitally we ask that you contact either the bride or groom directly.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We ask that you wear neutral colors. We politely ask guests to refrain from wearing bright colors or patterns.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
Phoenix gets hot! However, during the month of October temperatures can range. Prepare from temps in the high of 90-100 degrees and temps in the low of 60ish degrees.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside. The cocktail hour is held within the venue in covered seating and standing areas.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving appetizers and beverages during cocktail hour.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located at: 302 W. Monroe St., Phoenix, Arizona.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Parking is limited at the venue. We suggest taking a ride share service (Uber or Lyft) from where you are staying to the venue. Some hotels near the venue will offer a shuttle service the day of the wedding.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #raisinghellasrothermels so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony.
