HOW WE MET

Kevin and Amelia first met at Sac State. They had planned to go golfing on September 13, 2017. Early morning after 6am workouts, Amelia and her teammates went to the study area at Sac State. As she got up to go print something, she looked over to see a guy sleeping in the study area and she saw that is was the guy she was going on a date with that night! Amelia believes that he was wearing pink shorts and he insists that they were a salmon color and they still question the color to this day! They met at Haggin Oaks that night and the rest was history...

After one month of hanging out and getting to know each other, Kevin asked Amelia if she would like to be his girlfriend. They celebrated by going to a haunted house and hanging out with friends!

OUR FIRST HOUSE

After years of living at different places with each other, Kevin and Amelia decided to finally get a house together! They moved in on March 14, 2022. They live in a cute little town house with their dog Putter. They enjoy making breakfast, playing video games and watching movies together.

POPPING THE QUESTION

After five and a half years together, Kevin took Amelia on a surprise trip (that she knew about the whole time) to Maui. On April 21, 2023, Kevin got down on one knee and asked the question Amelia has been waiting for. They celebrated by going zip-lining, snorkeling, eating lots of good food and doing a couple of escape rooms!
