June 5th!

The wedding is on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Chalet View Lodge in Portola, Ca

Although we are excited to share our special day with loved ones, we cannot accommodate everyone else's loved ones as well. Any "plus ones" will be identified on the formal RSVP invitation. We look forward to sharing our happy day in the form of pictures and videos after the big day.

On average, it can get into the high 80s during the day. At night, typical mountain weather can drop down into the 40s. We highly recommend you bring a warmer layer for the evening.

We are hosting a welcome party on Tuesday night and we would love for you to be there. If not, we suggest you still stay the night on Wednesday.

We have chosen this specific venue because we want to have our guests close to us so we can all enjoy this time together! Kevin and I are also required to rent out a specific number of rooms on Wednesday night so you would be helping us out by booking at our venue!

Unfortunately, there is no RV parking on site. We would rather you enjoy the party and stay at the venue with us!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an ADULTS-ONLY event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Check in begins at 4. We then plan on doing a pool party with pizza and finishing the night off with smores, games and movies!

At the venue, we plan on providing pizza on Tuesday night. For breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday morning, there is a Starbucks on site that provides coffee and pastries. For lunch on Wednesday, the brewery on site has pub bites available as well as multiple restaurants and places to eat in Portola and Graeagle. Attached in "Things to do" is a list of different restaurants, grocery stores and places to shop.

Although the venue provides a variety of different things to do, I would recommend bringing a bathing suit, fishing poles if you would like to go fishing, golf clubs if you are a golfer.

Please see the schedule for the attire. The wedding will be outdoors on grass, gravel and turf so it be best to leave the stilettos at home and wear comfy heels, flats or boots.
