Kayla and Amelia are lifelong friends! They have known each other since Pre-K, have been best friends since middle school at Salisbury Central School, and have not left each other’s side since. From multiple family vacations, binge watching Lost, One Direction concerts and matching tattoos, Kayla and Amelia have too many memories to count. They continue to be there long-distance through mutual love of pure barre classes, love island episodes and visiting whenever they can.

Raer and Amelia are lifelong friends and have known each other since kindergarten. Their friendship started with an invitation to a Justin Bieber concert and the love for each other and Justin Bieber has not gone away since. Amelia and Raer lived together in Detroit for a year and Raer was the perfect 3rd wheel to Will and Amelia. They continue to love their cats, going to concerts, laughing at themselves and their new found love of cricuting.

Emily and Amelia are cousins and best friends! Emily has been the little sister Amelia never had. Attending the same elementary school, high school and college, Emily and Amelia continued to be each other’s go to person. From family camping trips to Spring Break trips in college, Emily and Amelia love spending time together. They share so many fun childhood and college memories and sharing this engagement time in their lives has been extra special.

Emily and Amelia were best friends at UNH! They lived next to each other freshman year and never separated after that. They were both in the same sorority and lived together Sophomore and Senior year. Some of Amelia’s favorite college memories were staying in and singing to Alexa with Emily. After college graduation Emily and Amelia traveled to Greece and have continued to share many more memories.

Helen and Amelia are lifelong friends! Amelia spent more time at Helen’s house than her own growing up. With being joined at the hip, Helen and Amelia won twin day two years in a row in elementary school. Helen and Amelia have shared so many fun and amazing memories from Hilary Duff obsessions, skiing, and tubing on Twin Lakes.

Bridget and Amelia met in Detroit through Will’s med school friend and they became instant friends! They have grown incredibly close through many episodes of reality tv, ski weekends up north and supporting their young doctors. Amelia and Will love spending time with Bridget and Mitchell and miss living down the street from them.

Mclane and Amelia met and became great friends when Amelia claimed Mclane to be her “Little” in their sorority. They have grown incredibly close through their love of golden retrievers, college spring breaks, weekend coffee trips, wine nights and trips to Boston. Amelia and her bridesmaids also had an amazing bachelorette trip at Mclane’s family lake house in New Hampshire.

Michelle and Amelia were best friends at WMU. They bonded over their similar style and getting used to the Midwest lifestyle. They got close spending multiple nights studying and watching the bachelorette together! After grad school they both moved to Detroit and enjoyed shopping at Somerset, book clubs and wine nights.

Mazy and Amelia met in 2018, when she was adopted in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Since then, Mazy continues to be the social cat who greets everyone, cries for treats, and bites those who pet her too much.

Jack and Will are brothers by birth, and have known each other since Jack was born. Despite a 6-year age gap, they became friends through their mutual love of basketball, The Steelers, and golf. Although Jack will never lose to Will on the golf course, Will’s competitive side always finds an activity to make sure he’s the victorious older sibling.

AJ and Will became friends in East Lansing, despite AJ being a “Michigan Man” under coaches Harbaugh and Hoke. They lived in the same building, and it was rare to see them apart. They have spent many times sharing unhealthy meals, staying up late to listen to new albums together, and constantly talking smack about which of their teams will be victorious, which they continue to do to this day.

Peter and Will are brothers by birth, and have known each other since Peter was born. They have become friends through their affinity for new music, collecting vinyl records, and sharing memes on the internet. Although Peter stayed in Chicago after college, these two brothers have remained close, and always look forward to seeing each other when they reunite.

Calvin and Will became friends after meeting in Kalamazoo when Amelia’s family came to visit her during graduate school, where they instantly connected on music and sports. They have since enjoyed multiple trips together from Rhode Island to Jamaica, where they can be found playing Rummikub, beach volleyball, or jumping into waterfalls. They have become great friends, and Calvin has gained the brother he’s never had.

Joe and Will were best friends throughout high school, where they both played varsity basketball together. Will was often at the Farrington house daily, where they had many battles over video games and driveway pickup hoop sessions. They have stayed friends to this day and enjoy golfing together whenever they can, including when Will went to get Joe’s ball out of the mud, which ended in Will playing barefoot the rest of the round due to him sinking nearly 3 feet into muddy water.

Mitchell and Will became friends during the later years of medical school when they were both living in Ferndale only a few streets away. They have enjoyed both ski and golf trips in Northern Michigan, where Mitchell tries to teach Will how to ski, while Will has given up on Mitchell’s golf game. They continue to stay close to this day as their wives have become close friends, and they hope to continue taking trips together in the future.

Spencer and Will became friends at Rhodes College, where they were fraternity brothers and suite mates during their sophomore and junior years. Some of Will’s favorite memories with Spencer include calling The Hogs on game days in Fayetteville, the many late-night heart-to-hearts about relationships, and always getting Spencer’s leftover chicken tender at Gus’s. Their friendship was further solidified through many Rhodes parents' weekends and their love for each other's families.

Goza and Will became friends at Rhodes College, where they were fraternity brothers and roommates during their sophomore and junior years. They spent many nights having movie marathons, singing “Goodbye Horses” with Spencer, and always being there for each other when needed. After college, Will was lucky enough to visit Chris in Kansas City, and Chris was able to visit Chicago for Will’s birthday. 

Thomas introduced himself to Will and Amelia bearing a 4-foot party sub in 2019 prior to a night of wine and games. Being the significant other of Kayla, the four of them created a lifelong bond. They have since spent many double dates together, and have made long trips to be with each other for special moments. Together they enjoy visiting breweries, creating new inside jokes, and laughing until Kayla snorts. Amelia and Will are honored to have Thomas join them in marriage.

Sergio and Will met in 2020, when Sergio was adopted from the East Lansing PetSmart as a young kitten. He has since grown (a lot) to love eating, playing fetch with his feather sticks, and running away from intruders.
