I am the luckiest girl to call Erin my sister AND Maid of Honor! Erin is kind, brilliant, witty, and I am so blessed to have her as a sister. During life's highs and lows, we have been each other's rocks. So thankful she just moved back to the great state of Texas! I couldn't imagine entering this next season without her.

Allie has been one of my nearest and dearest friends since second grade. Going all the way back to braces and bus stops, we have always been by each other's sides. Countless girls trips, years of late night Taco Bell runs, college visits between Texas A&M Baylor, and frequent Thai nights at the King house have made up some of my favorite memories. I am so thankful for my sweet friendship with Allie.

Where do I begin with Brooke?! We met at high school homecoming, where we became fast friends after finding out we were both going to Baylor. After college, we roomed together (and shared a bed - LOL), started a business together, and have seen much of the world together. Brooke is a one-of-a-kind, incredibly loyal, always-down-for-an-adventure friend and I am so lucky she is in my life!

Who would have thought a potluck roomie from sophomore year at Baylor would turn into a lifelong friendship?! Caitlin and I share a love for sushi, traveling, the Houston Astros, Baylor sports, and overpriced champagne! Our wedding will mark Caitlin's and my third (and best!) La Jolla trip together - I can't wait!!

Emily is my Beatles-loving, aperol spritz-drinking, hilarious cousin and friend! It is impossible for us to have a bad time together. The miles between Chicago and Texas have never kept us apart! Fun fact: Emily and I have been each other's plus one's to international weddings the past two years in Ireland and Barcelona. It was only fitting for her to be in mine!

Kelsey and I met through the Houston Rodeo Wine Garden Committee in 2018 - yeeeeehaw! Kelsey is the most thoughtful person around, always bringing me soup when I am sick, a nice card to cheer me up, or cookies when life calls for celebration! I was honored to stand by her as she walked down the aisle January of this year, and I am thrilled she gets to do the same! *Oh, and shoutout to her hubby Logan for being Brent's and my matchmaker!

It's been 10 years since I first terrified little intern Katie as she walked in the doors of her first big girl job! (Apparently, I was an intimidating boss at 23 years old!?) This intern-turned-friend is the most kind, loyal, fun-loving, big-hearted person I know. She has always been there for me and I am blessed to have her part of my big day!

Nicole is beyond anything I could have asked for as a sister-in-law. She has fit in perfectly with our quickly growing family for the last ~15 years! She has blessed me with the title of Aunt Amy and it has been the absolute best watching the littlest Hayeses grow! I am so thankful for Nicole and the role she has played in my life.

Calvin and I originally met online while looking for roommates our 1L year at VLS, but the pieces didn't quite fall into place at that point in time to be roommates. As fate would have it, during 1L we ended up becoming very close friends and we (successfully this time) became roommates for 2L, 3L and even moved across the country to Texas to study together for the Bar. If memory serves, we scored a mere one point different on the Bar. Calvin is one of the smartest, kindest, easy going and most reliable people anyone could ask for in life and I'm incredibly happy to have him stand beside me as Best Man. Calvin is an associate at Lock Lorde practicing in their healthcare M&A and healthcare regulatory group. He and his fiancé, Roslyn, live in Austin, TX with their dog Penny. Please congratulate him on his upcoming wedding, then ask him about anything and be ready to be amazed.

You could say Blake & I go way back, back to before he can even remember. Blake is six and a half years my junior and was dealt the difficult task of having all the same teachers I had growing up in small town USA. Even with the odds stacked against him, I've been told that they all liked him better. Throughout my life I’ve had the pleasure of watching him grow up into the smart, successful, caring and generous man he is today and am beyond excited to have him by my side. Blake recently graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in Economics and works as an Investment Banker Analyst at Harris Williams Private Capital Advisers in New York City. Do us all a favor, tell him Texas is better and ask him when he’s moving to Houston.

I met Milo at my first firm event - a crawfish boil. I’m not sure how or why they thought that would be a good welcome event, especially for a mere Midwesterner like me, but Milo (being a native Louisianan) was sure great at eating crawfish and wasted no time in saving me from embarrassment. Milo was instrumental in my initial success at the firm and quickly became one of my closest friends. In turn I convinced him Toyota 4wd vehicles were god’s gift to the earth and the rest was history. In our Toyotas we’ve taken the roads [much] less travelled together across Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho and have seemingly endless stories from our adventures. Milo is now an Associate for Sheppard Mullin’s Power and Renewables Group in their Houston office. Ask him where we should look for adventure next or about the time in Colorado I almost rolled my truck and he had to pull me out.

Matt is one of my OG ride or dies. He was my roommate freshman and sophomore years of college and we took on Eastern together. Matt is an incredibly smart and caring guy and always has been there for me no matter how big or small of an ask, no matter how long it has been since we've seen each other, or how inconvenient it may be for him. Fun fact, if you look in the Webster's dictionary, the definition of dependable friend just simply reads "Matt Leddy." One of the greatest blessings of my life was the fact that his successful business career took him to the Nashville area overlapping at the same time as I was there for law school. Matt, along with his wonderful wife Kasey and daughter Charlotte, live just north of Nashville in White House, TN where he works for TD Bank doing market and data analysis. Whatever you do, don’t ask him for stories of me in college.

Matt is one of my closest friends. We met in the first day of classes in law school and he was Calvin and I’s roommate our 3L year. Matt is the hands down the kindest person you’ll ever meet and incredibly smart and practical. One day during 1L I explained that I would be staying in TN for Thanksgiving because there wasn't enough time to travel home to Michigan and back and still study for finals. He immediately arranged for his family to take me in for Thanksgiving, explaining that no one should be alone on a Holiday. To this day, that Thanksgiving spent with his family is one of my favorite memories. He was just married in November '23 to his equally kind and caring wife Jean and they live in Atlanta, GA where Matt is an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend in their Patent Prosecution group. Please congratulate him on his own wedding and ask him about how long he drove a ‘93 Toyota Corolla.

Cassidy is one of my oldest friends, dating back to early elementary school. He’s one of the rare people who you can move half a world away from for years yet the second you’re back together it feels like you never left. From early childhood through college Cassidy was present in pretty much all facets of my life. He has had the (mis)fortune multiple times of being my go-to snowmobile companion, always there to ensure I wasn’t digging myself out of a huge drift alone. Cassidy is a Senior Project Engineer at Kent Companies and lives in Traverse City, MI. He is a goldmine for stories of me.
