YES!
We will be having our ceremony on the ice and then head up to the banquet hall for the reception. The ceremony will start at 4 P.M. on the indoor ice sheet. We ask that guests be seated in the stands by 4 P.M.
We will be staying on the ice for a short time after the ceremony to skate around with our photographer. The photographers will be on the ice to take pictures of guests as well, but this will only be done for a short time immediately after the ceremony. Guests are encouraged to join us! We'd love to get some action shots taken with you! The ice will be open all night for guests to enjoy and take their own pictures.
There will be absolutely NO STICKS OR PUCKS, as this is an open ice style skate. We will have a place to store skates for anyone that is interested.
Where do guests park?
Guests are encouraged to park in the North Entrance/Banquet Entrance parking lot off of Woodhill Drive. This entrance has the best access to an elevator and is closest to the Olympic Banquet room.
Guests that use the Main Entrance will have access to a ramp that will guide you to the indoor rink. (See map below)
