WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow enough time to get settled before everything starts.

Complimentary round-trip transportation will be provided, departing from the Windsor Excelsior Hotel in Copacabana to the venue at 2:45 PM.

Please arrive early to ensure you don’t miss the shuttle. Return service to the hotel will be available after the celebration.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be held in a covered area. The dance floor will be indoors. CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY TO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We're excited to have a disconnected ceremony! Please put away your devices and be fully present. We've hired a fantastic videography and photography team to capture the moments, and we can't wait to share them with you. Thanks for your understanding and support!

WHEN WILL THE RECEPTION END? WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

The reception will come to a close at the magical stroke of midnight. But don't worry, there will be an after-party lined up for the next day, and we're super excited to extend the celebration vibes by exploring the wonders of Rio de Janeiro with you all.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND?

We recommend you use Uber or 99 (Brazilian version of Uber) as it is cheap and rides are readily available. They will also work with your existing payment methods.

Please indicate your dietary restrictions/allergies on the RSVP note. Also, all food and beverages will be labeled in both Portuguese and English for your convenience.

WHAT ARE SOME GOOD TIPS TO STAY SAFE?

While Rio is a beautiful city, like any major urban area, it has its crime challenges. Any advice that is good for NYC will be good for Rio. Stay aware of your surroundings, especially in crowded places. Avoid displaying wealth, like flashy jewelry or expensive electronics. Don't leave bags unattended or hold your phone out far away from yourself or prop it up somewhere to take a selfie. Stick to well-traveled areas, especially at night and take Ubers especially if it is late.
