Q + A

When do I need to RSVP by?

RSVP's must be completed by October 10th, 2024. If you have not RSVP-ed by then, you will be marked as "not attending."

Are kids welcome?

At this time, we are not able to accomodate children. We chose to hold our celebration at a more intimate venue with limited capacity. Due to this, we hope that you can make arrangements to be able to enjoy your weekend kid-free! If this makes it to where you cannot attend our wedding, know we completely understand and will miss having you present!

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, you will be marked as "not attending." The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to our wedding planner, and vendors within a timely manner. We understand that our RSVP is a bit more in advance than usual, this is due to the destination of our wedding. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day, so party accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Our wedding will be a very intimate affair, so we hope that you understand.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off for the duration of the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!

What if I'm running late to the ceremony?

Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule, this means we cannot push back start times to anything due to people running late. If you happen to be running late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. This avoids distractions for not only other guests but also the bride and groom during such a momentous occasion.

Why is the wedding listed as multiple days?

Our wedding venue has been booked to accommodate sleeping arrangements for 50 of our guests, family and wedding party will be booked a room at the venue, and the remaining rooms will be given on first come first serve depending on who RSVPs first. The venue is booked from Thursday (10/16) the night of our rehearsal dinner, for check out on Sunday (10/19). We will be having our wedding on Friday (10/17), which means if you choose to stay until our checkout day on Sunday, then you will be free to explore Barcelona on your own, or stay and enjoy the villa!
