Each reservation will be taken on an individual basis through the Reservations Department at 1-866-249-3515. When doing so, please refer to the Carruth/Franco Wedding room block for the special group rate.
If you wish to book online, you may visit the Holiday Inn Plainview’s page on IHG.com and enter the below code "CRF" in the “Group Code” section of the booking screen.
Standard check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 11am. Although The Holiday Inn does not guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, they would be happy to accommodate your request based on that day’s availability.
Individual reservations may be cancelled up until 3pm Eastern Time on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in a charge of one night’s room & tax.
Sir Oliver Limousine
Guests will be picked up in a 20 passenger White Escalade limousine at 10:15AM in the front of the hotel to bring you to the venue.
Guests will be picked up from the venue to be brought back to the hotel at 5:30PM. If you wish to take the shuttle bus back to the hotel for the after party, but are not staying at the hotel, please let the bride or groom know in advance. Accommodations can be made.
