Our Wedding

Andrea and Remi met on Bumble in April 2021. Their first date was virtual (Bumble had a trivia game) but their first in-person date was at K-Pot Hot Pot. (A goal of theirs is to go to every Hot Pot place in and around Philly). After dating for a few months, the two officially became a couple in July of that year, and have been together happily ever since. They moved into their home in Manayunk together in June, 2023. Andrea proposed to Remi in Asbury Park on May 19, 2024. Remi proposed to Andrea at their home in Philly on June 2, 2024. June 26 is an important date to us, as it will mark the 11 year anniversary of Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court decision that determined same-sex couples in the United States are also guaranteed the right to marriage.

Loch Aerie Mansion is located across Route 30 from the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel. The mansion’s parking lot entrance is just past the Home Depot; follow signs for Loch Aerie and use the guest parking area.

Please note that our wedding will overlap with the FIFA 2026 World Cup in Philadelphia, so it's important to book your hotel room as soon as possible.

Black Tie Preferred Our ceremony and reception in Malvern on June 26, 2026, will be a formal evening with a springtime, floral feel—think elegant and refined with a touch of purple. For gentlemen, a tuxedo or dark suit with a tie or bow tie is appropriate. For ladies, a floor-length gown, cocktail dress, or a dressy jumpsuit is welcome. Comfortable, dressy shoes are recommended for walking on grass and uneven surfaces. If you prefer something slightly less formal, polished cocktail attire in darker tones is also acceptable. Please avoid casual items like jeans, sneakers, or T-shirts. We’re excited to celebrate with you and appreciate your dressing up for the occasion—thank you!
