The Welcome Party is available for all guests to join us the night before our wedding. One night of fun just isn't enough! We hope you can make it!
Wedding Day
3:30 PM–9:30 PM
Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa

Attire: Formal; Cocktail
All wedding day events will be held outdoors at various locations on the Stoweflake Resort & Spa property.
3:30 PM–4:00 PM
Ceremony
The ceremony will be outdoors at one of Stoweflake's event fields.
4:30 PM–5:30 PM
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail Hour will be hosted throughout the short walk from the ceremony field to the courtyard. It will continue in the courtyard and atrium area of the venue.
5:30 PM–9:30 PM
Reception
The reception will be held in a large, heated clear heated tent in Stoweflake’s Courtyard, expect dinner and dancing.
9:30 PM–12:00 AM
After Hours
After the reception is over the wedding party will either walk to a local establishment or continue to enjoy a bonfire and fun in the courtyard! Who knows what we will do but the party will continue!
