Andrea and Gabe spent 2020 in lockdown, indoors, and social distancing. So when the opportunity to attend "someone's" birthday party arose, Andrea jumped on it, not knowing that everything was about to change.

As soon as she walked in she walked up to the birthday boy aka Gabe, knocked his birthday crown off his head, forcing him to take a shot. This prompted more secret requests from Gabe to his roommate, who was dating Andrea's best friend, to invite Andrea over for every event, which is how Gabe scored the first date.

On their first date, Gabe said few words........... but he showed up with a toy for Phoebe and a bottle of wine, showing his thoughtfulness, kindness, and sincerity (and Andrea can tell you that 4 years later, this is still so true).
